You need to replace the battery in your Dell XPS 13 (also known as the Dell XPS 13 Infinity Edge Ultrabook or the Dell XPS 13 Skylake) if it has stopped holding a charge.
Power for your laptop is provided by a functioning battery. After numerous charge cycles, laptop batteries eventually begin to rapidly discharge. Consider calibrating your battery to establish an accurate charging capacity if you discover that your charged battery is discharging more fast than usual. You should change your battery if you keep observing substantial declines in battery percentage.
A dangerous fire may start from a ruptured battery. Precautions should be taken if your battery is bloated.
Make sure to power down your device before you begin.
