You must follow a few recommendations to resolve internet and network issues quickly.

The computer and router need to be rebooted.

Switch ON the computer by turning OFF the modem/router, and after a few seconds, turn it ON by waiting for the booting process to complete. Connect the computer to the modem/router again by resetting your Wi-Fi adapter and establishing a new connection.

Turn off the USB selective suspend setting to prevent the network adaptor from sleeping.

For several minutes, if you have not used your computer, then connection issues will mostly occur, which will prevent the network adaptor from going into sleep mode:
Through the Network and Sharing Center, choose the Properties button by clicking on the name of your Wi-Fi network, then click on the Configure button, and then click on the Power Management tab. For saving, uncheck and allow the computer to turn off the device.

Remove antivirus software temporarily.

Uninstall the Program by selecting a program from the Programs category.
Then, the Uninstall or Change a Program window will appear in which your currently installed programs are listed, including their publisher, size, installation date, and version number.
Click on antivirus software by clicking on Uninstall to remove the Program from the computer entirely as a temporary action.

It is advisable to install another antivirus software if your present antivirus software was the cause of an internet issue.

A BIOS update may be available in some models to improve the computer's performance. Also, check the download section to see if a BIOS update is available.

The network driver should be reinstalled.
